1. General Terms

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Service provided by VAKE Consulting (UAE).

Includes: NL queries, data management, workflow automation, reporting.

2. Subscription, Billing and Refund Policy

Pricing

Plans range from €3/user/month to €500/user/month depending on the selected plan. SMB company plans start at €20/month. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum 1-year (12-month) commitment. This applies to both the initial subscription and each additional user seat added during the commitment period. Each new user added starts their own 12-month minimum commitment from the date they are added.

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees, AI credit purchases, and top-up payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: monthly subscription fees, annual subscription fees, AI credit top-ups, per-user seat charges, and any bonus credits received. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation before the end of your commitment period.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is required before access is granted. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. Early termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid or remaining in the commitment period.

3. Data Privacy and Security

Processing

We process data solely to provide the Service.

Storage

Config stored encrypted. Employee data accessed real-time only.

AI Providers

Third-party AI providers used. Review their policies.

Responsibility

Customer is responsible for data compliance and AI usage.

4. User Responsibilities

Security

Maintain credential confidentiality.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal use
  • No security breaches
  • No reverse engineering
5. Limitations and Liability

Availability

99.9% uptime target, not guaranteed.

AI Limitations

AI may produce incorrect results. Verify all outputs.

Liability

Limited to amount paid in last 12 months.

6. Termination

Terminate anytime. We may terminate for violations.

7. Changes

We may modify terms. Material changes notified 30 days prior.
